Adelaide Mountain Bike Club

Adelaide Mountain Bike Club is the largest provider of cross country (XC) MTB activities in South Australia. The club runs three annual series of events; Summer Series, Enduro Series, and XC Olympic (XCO) Series followed by the State Championships Race.

The Adelaide Mountain Bike Club (AMBC) was formed in Adelaide, South Australia, in 1989 to promote mountain biking (MTB) as a sport and leisure activity. Over the years, the club has grown to become the largest providers of cross country (XC) MTB activities in this state.
The club runs three annual series of events; Summer Series, Enduro Series, and XC Olympic (XCO) Series, concluding the race year with the State Championships Race.
The majority of the events are held in the Adelaide Hills and surroundings, showcasing some of the states best singletrack.

In 2011, AMBC became affiliated with Mountain Bike Australia (MTBA), the peak body for mountain biking in Australia.

AMBC has 180+ members, and an active Facebook page with 374 members.

The Club is an Incorporated Association, and the races and activities are managed by a volunteer committee. A description of the various roles can be found on the website.
